My breadth and depth of sales and marketing experience spans the North American food market rooted firmly for the last 19 years. I have worked in most areas of grocery, frozen and perishable food and have lived through double-digit growth, mergers and multiple brand launches.

Throughout the years and phases of the economy, one thing remains unchanging — the industry’s resilience to these challenging times because at the end of the day...everyone needs to eat.  My ability is to work with clients to find their niche in the market place, be it creating a brand, product placement, increasing market share, or launching a new product, I am truly passionate about my clients’ success. Five years ago I launched my own successful brand, Tarragon Foods, offering specialty foods made from family recipes.

I am a sales and marketing expert with a twist. I have the added expertise of having built a manufacturing company from the ground up and have hands-on experience with the ups and downs of running your own business from strategic planning to day-to-day operations. I went from Vice-President of Sales and Marketing for a successful local food company to running my own food company showing me first hand that the two business ventures are very different indeed! My background of working in sales and marketing nationally for many companies including: Yves Veggie Cuisine, Natures Path, Imagine Foods and Happy Planet have given me the knowledge to move your company or your product idea forward. My experience of running my own manufacturing business during five years has provided me with the added benefit of knowing how to do this cost-effectively and quickly.
